The Criminal Justice Administration program provides a fundamental understanding of the nature of crime, criminal law and procedure, and the criminal justice practice. The Dental Office Management program is designed to prepare students to enter the highly in-demand field of Dental Office Management.  Graduates possess the skills and knowledge required to work in a dental office and other related settings. Students complete foundation courses which emphasize dental terminology, computer applications, and basic knowledge of dental practice systems and insurance..

Entrepreneurship Program
The Entrepreneurship program is designed to open the mind of the student to the possibilities, challenges and rewards of owning a business. Students will acquire the tools and materials needed to launch and manage a small business successfully in the competitive and global environment of the twenty-first century. Fashion Merchandising Program
The Fashion Merchandising program prepares students to take their love of fashion to the next level. Students will study the business that moves the world’s fashions from designer showrooms to retail sales floors, and finally into the hands of consumers. This fast-paced industry requires individuals who exhibit strong business skills and creative vision.

Hospitality Management Program
The Hospitality Management program combines a focus on specialized areas of the hospitality industry with the principles of management, leadership and marketing. Students will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge about front office operations, food and beverage management, and business principles through internship opportunities.

Liberal Studies Program
The Liberal Studies program provides students with the core classes and credits required for transfer to a four-year college. The program is designed to give students a broad-based knowledge in humanities, social science, and business. This program was developed to give student the flexibility to transfer to a four-year college in a wide variety of majors.

Marketing Program
The Marketing program introduces the student to the broad field of marketing. It includes activities related to selecting, designing, pricing, advertising, selling, distributing, and servicing goods and services. A company’s success is largely determined by its response to customer demands, the underlying component of all marketing activities. The student will learn how to integrate theory and practical applications of business, technology, and liberal arts.

Medical Office Management Program
The Medical Office Management program prepares students to perform administrative functions necessary to work as part of a medical office team. Graduates possess the skills and knowledge required to work in various office support positions in the healthcare environment, including hospitals, physicians’ offices, and healthcare organizations.
