- North Shore Career Center http://www.nscareers.org/ This is a tremendous resource for those who need help with the job search. The center provides counselors who will meet with you to help you find a job; and the center offers many workshops to help you to practice and perfect interview skills, write a resume, cover letters, networking skills, and general help organizing the job search.
- Job Search Advice from Monster.com http://career-advice.monster.com/ How to dress for an interview, salary information, and tips for writing resumes and cover letters.
- The Riley Guide http://www.rileyguide.com/ These guys have been around for a long time (since 1994). They provide free job search advice (in the form of articles and columns) and information (links to other resources), on all aspects of the hunt for a job (resumes, cover letetrs, interviews, finding listings, and even how to handle a job loss and where to go for help filing unemployment claims).

- Fashion Era http://www.fashion-era.com/index.htm Contains 830 illustrated pages of fashion history, costume history, clothing, fashion, and trends. This is a great site produced by British fashion educator and fashion expert Pauline Weston Thomas.

- Fathom The Source for Online Learning http://www.fathom.com/ Member institutions (The American Film Institute, The British Library, The British Museum, Cambridge University Press, Columbia University, London School of Economics, Natural History Museum, New York Public Library, RAND, Science Museum, University of Chicago, University of Michigan, Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute) have come together to produce a rich collection of material on a range of topics in the form of online seminars.
- Country Studies http://memory.loc.gov/frd/cs/ This site written by researchers at the Library of Congress provides detailed information on countries, including political leaders, military events, historical happenings from ancient through modern day.
Massachusetts History http://www.masshist.org/ This rich collection of primary source documents that relate to Massachusetts history includes items such as the papers of John and Abigail Adams.

Wolfram Alpha http://www.wolframalpha.com/ This handy little search engine is geared to solve mathematical equations, questions, problems.
