Required Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree appropriate to the teaching field required; doctorate preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to teach in ways that value the varied learning needs and interests of a culturally diverse student population, and that reflect a commitment to encouraging the success of all students. We also seek candidates who have relevant experience and/or a record of professional engagement with groups and communities underrepresented in the academy. They should also have the ability to use technology effectively in teaching and learning, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to higher education.

Marian Court College: Located in Swampscott, Massachusetts, Marian Court College is a two-year, co-educational, private, Catholic college founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1964. The College provides students with a solid foundation for future success whether to transfer to a four-year college or to obtain an associate in science degree in a professional program.
